Return Policy

1. How do I return a product?

To return an item, please contact us within 7 calendar days on receipt of goods.  A return form will be sent onto you which requires to be completed and added to the returned item. 

The item must be returned within 14 calendar days on receipt of goods. Please note that the return shipping costs for the customer.

2. When will I get my refund?

Provided the item meets the return requirements, you will receive a refund within 14 calendar days after we've received the returned item.

3. What are the return requirements?

Saar Swinters only accepts unwashed and unworn items.

4. I received a defect/damaged item. 

In the event that you received a defect/damaged item, please contact us immediately. You may be requested to provide photos of the box and item. This way we will be able to find a solution quickly; whether it be a replacement, a refund or a partial refund.
